What the Customer Needed

To replace the original unsatisfactory and faulty system with a new modern solution for managing 72 luxury rooms and apartments. The requirements also included automated access control for the hotel parking lot, ensuring smooth operations at two hotel receptions, and integration with the hotel reservation system.

Delivered Solution

We supplied a fully online card system for the entire hotel operation. The solution enables real-time monitoring of room door status, tracking guest presence in rooms, and direct integration with the Protel reception system. The system manages access not only to rooms, but also to the wellness center, conference facilities, and other hotel zones, including a multi-level parking lot for guests and subscribers.

Benefits for the Customer

The new system brought significantly higher reliability to the hotel, simpler operation at the reception, and better control over the entire facility's operations. Thanks to online management, the staff has an immediate overview of room statuses and access points, allowing them to respond quickly to operational situations. Direct integration with the reservation system simplified the daily routine of receptionists and minimized errors in issuing access cards.

Technical and Installation Challenges

A key challenge of the implementation was adapting the new solution to the existing wiring. In the representative hotel areas, structural modifications or disruptions to the current interior were not possible. Mounting the access readers underneath designer glass panels—while maintaining both full functionality and high aesthetic standards—was another demanding task.
